Practicing the art of mindfulness, or meditation has the ability to improve your overall wellbeing. Guided meditation sessions are run by an experienced facilitator and are designed for both beginners and people wishing to extend their existing practice.
Free onsite parking along with access to changerooms and toilets. There is also a café, lockers, wellness centre, multipurpose rooms, 50m indoor pool, 25m outdoor pool, kid’s aquatic features and a therapy pool. This event will take place in the multipurpose room. Participants are asked to be at the venue 10 minutes before the start of the event.
Maximum 16 individuals per session
Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes.
Participants can present their VTG ID card at reception for entry.
