2025 GAMES FEES

A registration fee applies to all individual participants attending the Victorian Teachers' Games. This is a one-off payment regardless of how many events you register for. Additional fees apply for each event. See individual events for respective fees.

Early Bird Registration Fee - $56.00 

Standard Registration Fee - $77.00

Late Registration Fee - $97.00

Early Bird Registration Period - 30 April to 08 June 2025

Standard Registration Period - 09 June - 31 July 2025

Late Registration Period - 01 August - 04 August 2025

Registration Fees Cover:

• Participant identification

• Event Awards (medals, wooden spoons)

• Volunteer recruitment, training, and uniform

• On-site activations and VTG Central

• Communications, Marketing & Signage

• On-site photography and videography

• Merchandise

• Registration platform costs

• Administrative costs (staffing)
